Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your auto parts and body kits. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Houston, Texas.

Shipping Timeframes & Options:

  • Small Items: We offer same-day shipping for small items ordered before 12:00 PM CST, subject to stock availability. Small items are typically shipped via UPS Ground within 1-5 business days to all 48 contiguous US states.
  • Large Items (e.g., Body Kits, Upgrade Kits): These are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery via freight services usually takes between 2-7 days depending on your location.
Shipping Carriers & Territories:
  • Contiguous United States (48 states): Most shipments are made via UPS Ground or freight carriers.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other US territories: Shipping is available through USPS or alternative carriers. Some items may have restrictions on shipping to certain territories; if so, we will notify you during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping options for the rest of the world are available through various carriers. Shipping costs and available services will be displayed during checkout if shipping is available to your country.
Large Items & Freight Shipping:
  • Large items such as body kits and upgrade kits are generally shipped via freight services.
  • Different freight companies serve specific regions; we will select the best option based on your delivery address for optimal speed and dependability.
  • Customer is reponsible to periodically check the tracking and in if neccessary  keep a good comunication with carrier or truck driver to get an appointment of the delivery date and time, if carrier cannot contact the customer they may keep the item in their warehouse and additonal charges may apply.
  • Please note that freight shipments do not include liftgate service unless explicitly requested.
  • Liftgate service: If you require liftgate delivery, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
Shipping Restrictions:
Some items may not be available for shipping to certain locations or territories due to carrier limitations or product restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you accordingly.

Order Processing & Delivery Estimates:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days are processed and shipped the same day for small items.
  • Large item shipments are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Delivery times are typically 1-5 business days for UPS Ground shipments within the US and 2-7 days for freight services, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times for international and other territories may vary based on carrier and destination.

Tracking & Notifications:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please monitor this to stay updated on your shipment’s status.

Additional Costs:
Any special services such as liftgate delivery or specific carrier requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and billed separately.

Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

UPS GROUND usually delivers in the front of your door without any notification, customer shoud be updated of the delivery date and time to avoid. UPS And Us will not be responsible if your item is lost after delivery in the front of your door.

Most Freight carriers will contact you to make an appointment for delivery your package, customer is responsible to get the contact number available for that.

Customer Must check the box before sign to the truck driver, if box is damaged or something broken you should inform to the truck driver in order to open a claim.

Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, including storms, hurricanes, snow, or other severe weather events. Additionally, delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates in such cases.
