Return Policy Details
⏰ Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original factory packaging
- Items that don't fit the listed vehicle (fitment error)
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Wrong item received
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Electrical parts that have been connected
- Custom or special-order items
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a fitment issue.
📬 How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at support@noxrdusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
